Blueberry Buttermilk Cake

Ingredients :

° 4 c flour
° 3 tbsp. baking powder
° 1 c. baking soda
° 1 c. salt
° 1/2 cup of butter
° 1 cup of sugar
° 2 eggs
° 1 c. 1 t vanilla extract
° 2 c milk
° 2 cups of fresh blueberries
° 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
° 2/3 cup of sugar
° 6 tbsp. softened butter

 Preparation:

Preheat oven 350°F (175°C). Grease   13″ x 9″ rectangular dish- baking.
In a bowl, combine 4 cups flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Reserve.
In a large bowl, beat 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup sugar until fluffy. Adding eggs, one at a time, then adding vanilla. Alternately add the flour mixture and milk. Mix the berries.
In a small bowl, combine 2/3 cup flour and 2/3 cup sugar. Cut 6 tbsp. butter into the mixture, until crumbly. Sprinkle over the cake.
Cooking 45 to 60 min
