Fried Chicken

INGREDIENTS :

+FOR THE CHICKEN
°6 Chicken thighs
°50g Flour
°1 Bottle(s) Oil for frying
°1 pinch(es) salt
°1 pinch(es) Pepper
+FOR THE SAUCE
°1 Lemon
°1 C. sugar
°1 C. water
°1 pinch(es) salt
°1 pinch(es) Pepper

PREPARATION :

1. Heat the oil in the fryer.
2. Salt and pepper the chicken thighs, then flour them. Tap them to remove excess flour.
3. Immerse the meat in boiling oil and brown for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing the lemon juice, water, sugar, salt and pepper.
4. Drain the chicken thighs on paper towel. Enjoy them with the sauce.
