+To prepare Casio e Baby Cream
°1 1/2 cups finely grated Pecorino Romano cheese, Parmigiano-Reggiano.
°2 tablespoons coarsely ground pepper
°1/4 cup cold water, adding 1 tablespoon at a time, until creamy.
°brussels sprouts stalk
°1 whole foot of Brussels sprouts If you can’t see a foot, “normal” Brussels sprouts will do, too.
°1 clove minced garlic
°2 tablespoons butter
°1 teaspoon salt
To prepare Casio e Baby Cream
In a bowl, add grated cheese, pepper, and 2 tablespoons cold water. Using a foot mixer, prepare cream. Add cold water as needed (you’ll likely need to add more!). For reservations.
Add garlic and salt to butter at room temperature. Mix well and coat the Brussels sprouts with this preparation. You can also add more if you’d like… 🙂
Bake at 400 F for about 45 minutes, rotating the foot (or flipping) halfway through the cooking period. Depending on the size of the cabbage, they may miss a few minutes of cooking. Feel free to put it in the oven for another ten minutes.
