°1 lb ground beef
°1 large egg
°⅓ C breadcrumbs
°¼ cup parmesan cheese
°1 tbsp. Chopped garlic
°1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
°Salt and pepper to taste
°1 tablespoon olive oil
°2 cups marinara sauce
°8 mini Hoagie rolls
°12 slices of asiago cheese
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
Adding ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, parmesan, garlic & parsley to a bowl.
Using your hands, work the ingredients together.
Salt and pepper.
With the ice cream scoop, start forming your meatballs.
Add the oil to the skillet, heating it over medium heat.
Adding one meatball at time to heated skillet.
Cook for about 5 minutes or until seared on all sides.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in the oven
