° 4 tablespoons of butter
° 2 large potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
° ½ onion, diced
° 2 minced garlic cloves
° 1 1/2 tablespoon of butter
Melt 4 1/2 tablespoons of butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook potatoes, stri, until golden brown, 10-15 min.
Meanwhile, melt 1 1/2 tbsp. butter in another skillet over high heat. Cook and stir onion and garlic until softened, 5 min. Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue to cook until the garlic is lightly browned, another 5 to 10 minutes. Mix the onion mixture with the potatoes.
Cook and stir potatoes and onions until potatoes are tender, another 10 minutes.
