Soft chocolate chip brioche

Whisk the hot milk with the dry yeast, honey and sugar.

Add all-purpose flour and salt to liquids, mix until dough is cooked.

Knead the butter into the dough and leave to rest for 30 minutes.

Knead the chocolate chips into the dough.

Fold the dough as shown in the video 2 times with 15 minute intervals. Leave to rest for 1 hour.

Cut the dough into 6 pieces, roll out each one, then roll into a cigar. Place in the baking dish.

Set bread aside for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Brush with egg wash before baking at 180°C/350°F for 20 to 22 minutes.
